Designed with the specific needs of Ba’alei Teshuva in mind, the kollel also includes a Rabbinic Advisory Board. This initiative ensures that each member receives personalized mentorship, helping them and their families navigate the formative years of their spiritual journey.

Toras Dovid is connected to a broader network aimed at assisting young families in finding suitable community placements. Kollel members are actively involved in leadership roles, where they engage with new Ba’alei Teshuva at Ohr Somayach in Monsey, thereby reinforcing their confidence and developing vital leadership capabilities.
